Tour Summary

Enjoy an intriguing sightseeing adventure to visit some of the less-crowded attractions on the Baja Peninsula on our Los Cabos Deluxe City Tour. You can relax in air-conditioned comfort as we travel to interesting natural, historical, and cultural landmarks outside of the busy tourist areas of Cabo San Lucas. Your knowledgeable English-fluent guides will enlighten you about all of the local lore.

This tour is an excellent method to learning about the storied history, natural wonders, and fascinating culture of the Los Cabos region. Although the resort areas of Cano San Lucas and the Resort Corridor have become extremely popular and well developed in recent years, the region is still home to plenty of small charming hamlets that still maintain a traditional way of life and a serene pace.

The area of the southern Baja Peninsula has quite a storied past including: Neolithic residents who painted figures in the local caves more than ten thousand years ago, indigenous peoples who had a thriving culture along the bountiful coastal estuaries, Spanish explorers like Hernan Cortes, colonial settlement including Catholic missionaries, and Pirates seeking golden booty.

During this amazing sightseeing tour, you'll visit an assortment of unique attractions throughout the Los Cabos region, including a glass-blowing factory where you can marvel at the amazing glass-blowers as they create incredible glass-wares that you can purchase as a keepsake of your visit to Cabo San Lucas. Artisans, who have travelled from throughout Mexico to ply their trade at this cultural Mecca, have settled in this region. You will also visit a spectacular bird sanctuary; this region along the coast of Sea of Cortez is home to an amazing amount of indigenous and migratory species. You'll see plenty of coastal species, such as herons, egrets and pelicans, in the teeming wetlands of the area. You will see an 18th Century Spanish mission, plentiful antique shops, and curio stores. There are ample restaurants in the area that specialize in scrumptious local cuisine.

Thanks to the professional guides! I was a bit worried about kayaking because I had never done it before, but the instructions were great and I had such a good time!
