You will have the opportunity to ride into the untamed wilds of Baja aboard one of our splendid mounts. These amazing creatures will charm you with their distinctive personalities. These serene animals provide the best possible method of exploring the panoramic desert landscape. The rhythmic clippity-clop of the horses' hooves will provide the slow cadence as you venture into the back country of Los Cabos. The pace and quiet ride on these animals provides participants with a relaxing way of enjoying the natural wonders of Baja. Unlike riding an ATV, horseback riders can appreciate the lyrical sounds of the birds serenading them as they ride along the desert trails. There's no distracting motor noise or dust on this back country tour. If you are a nature enthusiast, you will appreciate the chance to discover this pristine land without disturbing the natural balance. The birds and other wildlife are not spooked by the slow approach of the horses.

This tour ventures out to Arroyo San Carlos or the Venado Blanco, where you can see awe-inspiring rock formations and dramatic canyons. Participants of every experience level can enjoy exploring the beautiful landscape of Baja like the caballeros of old. Our horses are all expertly trained; you will ride a horse that fits your experience level.

Our knowledgeable staff will take great care in selecting the ideal animal for your ability, size, and temperament. Typically, we provide participants with western-style saddles; English-style saddles are also available, according to your preference. If you are a novice, don't fret -- we won't simply hand you the bridle and take off. You'll receive a short riding lesson before we depart from the ranch. Your bilingual trail guide will be equipped with a radio on this trip. We also provide a practice corral, where each rider can become acclimated to their horse in a controlled environment. We ensure that children age four and up feel comfortable on our trail rides. We match kids with the gentlest animals, as well as the most patient riding instructors.
