If you are a wildlife enthusiast, our Sea Turtle Release tour is the perfect eco-excursion for you. The whole family will enjoy touring our Los Cabos turtle preservation facility and hatchery. Participants on this tour will learn all about these fascinating marine reptiles. The marine biologists at our conservation compound will teach you about their anatomy, feeding habits, breeding, migration patterns, evolutionary history, predators, and habitat. Youll be enlightened about the growing threats to the continued existence of these ancient and amazing animals. We are dedicated to the preservation of this threatened species. Our Sea Turtle research facility and hatchery was established not only as an effort to help propagate these endangered reptiles, but to raise awareness of vacationers to the resort destination of Cabo San Lucas.

You tour begins when you meet our professional naturalist guides at the nursery and give you a quick tour. Your guide will tell you all about these fascinating creatures. You will then be led by your English-fluent guide to a sandy stretch of beach with a container full of hatchlings. Once you arrive on the shore, youll have the opportunity to name one of these young turtles, and under the instruction of our guide, safely and properly release this tiny little adventurer into the world. You will feel like a proud parent as you watch this small reptile slowly wobble towards the water. The tiny ripples brushing the shoreline seem like huge breakers to this small animal, before it gains its bearings and swims off into the deep blue ocean as it was born to do. Then you will be able to assist our naturalists release the remaining youngsters into the wild.
